NewportCoastOC aims to present accurate, current, and clearly sourced information. Material factual corrections may be submitted for review. Corrections are evaluated based on evidence and are not dependent on any advertising or commercial relationship.
Where the publisher has a direct professional or financial interest relevant to particular content, that relationship will be disclosed where a reasonable reader would consider it material.

NewportCoastOC was founded and is published by Rob Funston. Rob is also a licensed California real estate professional affiliated with Real Broker.
Founder ownership, professional services, editorial content, and any future sponsored placements are disclosed separately.
Paid-placement labels
Any future paid content or commercial position will use clear labels such as Sponsored, Paid placement, Category sponsor, or Presented in partnership with.
Participating professional may be used descriptively, but not as the only disclosure label where a paid relationship exists.
NewportCoastOC will not use labels such as Trusted Partner, Best of Newport Coast, Top Professional, Official Partner, or Vetted Expert unless the platform later develops a documented and supportable methodology for those claims.
